Small Groups at Piedmont Church

At Piedmont Church, we encourage adult members and friends to get connected to a small group of other folks, who gather together for study, support and friendship.

New Small Groups are being formed regularly.  So, please keep an eye out for a group that you might consider joining. For more information, please contact Rev. Don Ashburn at: don@piedmontchurch.org, or (510) 547-5700, ext. 105

Here are our current Small Groups:

Men's Bible Study

Men’s Bible Study gathers bright and early on Saturday mornings (coffee provided!) at 7:30 am in the Founders Room.  We read and discusses (in a very free-flowing manner) the books, letters and other writings in the bible for an hour, and usually cover a chapter or part of a chapter each week.  Our discussions are based on the structure set out in the LifeChange bible study series.  We usually have between a dozen and sixteen weekly participants. Our perspectives on the bible and on the meaning of being a Christian vary considerably which makes for some challenging and stimulating deliberations. For more information, contact Eric Behrens.  Eric has a Masters of Divinity, received in 1974.
