Parish Visits
Deliver lilies at Easter and small gifts at Christmas to members of the congregation designated by staff members.

• Purpose: Brings care and support to congregation members.
• Time Required: 1 hour 1-2 times per year.

Senior Tea
Opportunities include: planning, hosting, preparing food, serving, driving and creating invitations. This annual tea for older adults is held on a weekday afternoon.

• Purpose: Christian fellowship for seniors.
• Time Required: Varies with assignment

Visitations
Visit members of the congregation who cannot attend services or participate in church sponsored activities.

• Purpose: Brings care, peace, and support to those who are unable to attend church.
• Time Required: Variable

Drivers

Adults willing to transport seniors to and from church in their personal vehicle as part of the driving team.

• Purpose: Facilitate seniors without transportation attending church services and activities.
• Time Required: One time or weekly opportunities.

Widows’ Friendship Circle
This group meets at the church on the first Tuesday of every month from 9:30 – 10:30 am.

• Purpose: To provide an opportunity for widows to share feelings and experiences in a safe and caring environment.
• Time Required: 1 hour per month
