FULL CHOIR SUNDAY VIDEO
The Chancel Choir and orchestra presents Gabriel Fauré’s incomparably beautiful ‘Requiem’. Composed in 1888, this exquisite piece of music broke new ground as Fauré explored the subject of death and the afterlife from a radically new point of view: as rest and light, rather than judgment and fear. Also on the program are two new orchestral offerings by Stephen Main in keeping with the overall theme.
