Bring your 4th, 5th or 6th Grader to KIDZ Club

Kidz Club Lenten Food Drive – through April 1

Kidz Club is sponsoring a Lenten Food Drive for the Alameda County Community Food Bank (ACCFB) from February 14 through April 1.  Look for food donation barrels in the Christian Education Building and next to Guild Hall.  We’re also participating in their Virtual Food Drive program.  Visit, click on ‘give’ and go to Virtual Food Drive, and click on ‘find your group’ (Piedmont Community Church).  Contact Leslie Quantz for more information.

KIDZ Club is designed for 4th, 5th and 6th grade children.  It is dedicated to building friendships, helping the broader community by performing service projects, and exploring and developing personal faith.  This year we have made cookies and cards for church seniors, we had a modified church overnight, we read the book, Three Cups of Tea, and are currently participating in Pennies for Peace, gathering pennies to help schools and communities in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

We meet monthly, in the Youth Room at Piedmont Community Church.

KIDZ CLUB Mission Statement

To develop friendships within the 4th, 5th, and 6th grade community at Piedmont Community Church, to gain exposure to the broader community by making a difference through service projects, and to continue exploration and development of personal faith.
