Student Ministry Schedule | 2026–2027
Our Student Ministry exists to help students know Jesus, build authentic friendships, and follow Jesus with confidence. Through engaging teaching, meaningful relationships, service, and unforgettable experiences, students discover a place where they belong and a faith that lasts.
Sundays | The Gathering
11:15 am – 12:15 pm | The Gathering (Grades 6–12)
Students come together each Sunday to connect, explore Scripture, and discover how God's story shapes everyday life.
Wednesdays | Midweek
Our core weekly gathering
Middle School Midweek
2:45–4:00 pm
Our primary gathering for middle school students featuring engaging teaching, small groups, games, and authentic friendships in a fun, welcoming environment.
High School Midweek
5:15 – 6:30 pm
Our core high school gathering where students dive deeper into Scripture, engage in honest conversations, build lasting community, and grow as disciples of Jesus.
First Fridays
5:00 – 6:30 pm
On the first Friday of every month, students gather for an evening of food, games, and great conversations. It's a relaxed, invite-friendly environment designed to build friendships, welcome new students, and simply have fun together.
Throughout the year, students also participate in retreats, mission trips, service projects, beach days, and other special events that help them grow in their faith while making unforgettable memories.

Spooktacular Family Night
Friday, October 30
5:00 PM–8:00 PM
Courtyard
Grab the family, invite some friends and come in costume for a Spooktacular Family Night!
Enjoy our Harvest Market + Makers Festival with great food, creative stations, games, fall treats, music, costume contests and prizes.
Then, when the sun goes down…the pumpkins start glowing! We’ll finish with a Neon Pumpkin Hunt for kids and students, complete with Golden Glow Pumpkins and prizes.
Kids, students, families + friends are all welcome!
Come hungry. Bring your people. Stay for the glow.

Student Curriculum for Fall 2026
Here’s what Piedmont Students are currently learning:
Middle School (6th – 8th grade): Upside Down World
What if everything we thought about greatness was upside down?
Our world tells us to be first, stand out, and look out for ourselves. But Jesus taught something completely different. He said the greatest are those who serve, the first should be last, and real strength often looks like humility and love. In Upside Down World, middle school students will discover the surprising, sometimes unexpected values of God's Kingdom. Through fun activities, meaningful conversations, and stories from Scripture, we'll explore what it means to put others first, choose kindness, and make a difference in everyday life. Following Jesus doesn't always mean fitting in. Sometimes it means turning the world's expectations upside down—and discovering a better way to live!
High School (9th –12th grade): Throne vs. Kingdom
Who gets to define what matters?
Our world has a lot to say about success, power, influence, and what it means to be great. But Jesus offers a radically different way to live. In Throne vs. Kingdom, high school students will explore the tension between what culture celebrates and what God values. Through real-life conversations, Scripture, and thought-provoking challenges, we'll wrestle with big questions about ambition, leadership, identity, and influence. What does it look like to follow Jesus while navigating a world that tells us to chase status, power, and recognition? This series isn't about stepping away from culture. It's about learning to engage with it thoughtfully, lead with purpose, and live for something bigger than ourselves.
