NextGen Kids
We offer fun, age-appropriate programming for children from 3 months to 5th grade. Every Sunday, your child will experience Bible stories, worship songs, activities, games, and the love of our teachers and volunteers.
Kids meet 10AM - 11AM Sundays in the Christian Education Building.

Welcome! When you arrive at the C.E. Building, one of our team members will greet you and guide you through the registration process. Please fill out the New Family Form and Parent Consent & Release of Liability Form ahead of time to make check-in of your child a breeze!

Stacks for Service
Sunday, October 4

C.E. Building Welcome Center
Bring the whole family and join us in the Welcome Center for Stacks for Service—a fun afternoon of pancakes, community, and serving together!
We’ll enjoy a delicious pancake bar and a hands-on service project designed for kids and families to do together. Come hungry, connect with other NextGen families, and help us do some good in our community!
Cost: $20/adult | $10/child

Kids Curriculum for Fall 2026
Here’s what Piedmont Kids are currently learning:
Pre-K/Kindergarten (4–5 yrs): Copy That Copycat!
When it comes to telling Bible stories, the copycat is where it’s at! During “Copy That, Copycat,” preschool kids will be introduced to Otis the cat. Otis is a hand puppet that copies what the children do. As the children act out the Bible story, so does Otis! As the stories unfold, Otis and the preschoolers will learn that God helps them be brave and make good choices.

Elementary (1st–5th grade): Imagination Time Machine
Welcome aboard the Imagination Time Machine — a contraption that can take you not only any-where, but any-when! The only limitation is your own imagination! During the “Imagination Time Machine” series, kids will join Max on a journey through the Bible. Our imagination destination: The Promised Land. Kids will get to experience firsthand what it was like to be an Israelite by imagining the sights, sounds, smells, feelings, and tastes of life in the land God gave them to call home.
